Kubernetes on the Edge?

The first time I heard about Kubernetes on the edge was reading a blog post by Chick-fil-A, the food chain in the US. So they had to automate it such a way that they could actually take a node if one of their nodes in one of their stores break. They can just ship it to the store and have just a store employee connect it and it will just bootstrap and connect it and configure itself automatically. And now it's actually a reality that our products are so awesome.
