The White Company's Focus on Brand

25 years on, the white company still seems incredibly focused. Most of what you sell is still white. And it feels as though the products have just gently evolved. Have you managed that focus? I think brand is something that we put very much at the heart of the business. There are definitely times when I felt that the company has gone off track a bit and it's gone off brand a bit.
