The Importance of Intermittent Fasting

If you're not extremely healthy going into this, or if you don't have proper coaching in order to do other things to help you through it, then, you know, it may not be that much fun. One day week per fast is a fantastic approach and also can be combined with intermittent fasting. And then the three day is a great one to just kind of train yourself to withstand the idea of not eating for longer periods. The next phase is 10-plus days. You might find that in a long term, that's all you need.
