In 20 twelveo, my first e v d, i'd walk out on stage and the room was entirely white. That's where that catch phrase came about. Now you go into clubs, and now the diversity quotes, and there are many more females on the bill. I do try and get as many female comics exposure on my padcast. And now you get a quiet mix on your boncast. But it's very important to have diversity.
