The reason i buy a smart phone is, increasingly for the apse. If apples policies are making it such that it is developer unfriendly, and that then flows into consumer harm, i'm going to switch to the place where whatever gives me the better ap. To say that the totality of why you buy a phone or don't buy a pon entitles apple to 30 % of a product in a transaction that they have absolutely nothing to do with,. I can't see any justification for it beyond the fact that they can. It just taking money because you can.
