Vertical Auto Scaling Is Difficult, Right?
Vertical auto scaling seems like relatively simple. But it's difficult, especially when you have large spikes in your workload requirements. The easiest thing to do is over provision, essentially for the peak in advance. And great to save money, but if that comes at the expense of formas for a critical customern he lets a trade off you as an engineer have to make.
