The Importance of Culture in Technology Development

I think culture is massively important in embracing those new ideas of bringing them in from different perspectives age regardless. Japan perhaps struggled with a little bit in that seniority was always viewed through how old you were and how experienced you were. We want to be pulling ideas from everywhere, I think particularly when you look at gaming that's coming from a demographic which is going to be considerably younger than perhaps the one you're working in. So I think it's something where it forces you to be a little bit more open.
