The Importance of Personal Goals in Your Career

I love looking at LinkedIn profiles or going to have a coffee or a drink with a former colleague and seeing, there's so many people that are now CEOs. So my, the biggest prideful mark for me is just knowing that all these individuals that I hopefully had an impact and have these amazing careers today. That's what I continue to take a lot of pride in. It's one of the reasons why I enjoy the advising and the investing side so much because, you know, you can only do so much at the one company that you work at.
