CNN's John Sutter is working with the Ukrainian government to help those affected by war. He says they've created a portfolio of NGOs that cover every base, including shelters and medical aid. The group Sterengi helps homebound elderly people who can't leave their homes for fear of being bombed or killed. "I think there were enough moderate Republicans who went to the polls," Sutter said.
