Can You Cough on Everyone?

i feel guilty that i've been living pretty much a normal life, except for having to do some tests when ive travelled between places. And then, you know, having a green coat following me around. That kind of a surveillance is actually really good for public health management. Not just that i entered baging as a city, i'm just that in terms of helping o the city returned back to normal if there was an outbreak. To help people's lives not be as interrupted, a to not have to do a massive lock down, but actually just located in small areas.
