How to Measure Efficiency and Procurement Support in an Organization
Almost three quarters of respondees reported that it often takes days or weeks to receive responses from legal and a similar number view legal teams is at least somewhat unresponsive. Two thirds of respondees said they bypass legal and its policies altogether. And interestingly, this decline in the perceived quality and responsiveness was most acute with the responses from sales and marketing.
