This is a hard year for me, and one of the most beautiful and high years i ever could recall. Feels like the getting better and worse all at once. I think maybe at this point we're ready to in, to mindfully attend to our guilt, rather than buying in on it every time it arises. It's the it's the joy, not the pleasure. But when you stay mindful and keep releasing yourself from the attachment to your desires, you begin to know bliss an joy.
