Flip Learning

A lot of talk, at least i see a lot of the talk around flip learning be what happens outside the classroom. And so if you make some vidios, don't worry about it being the best quality at first. Just make something that is good enough, because you're going to change it. But if that's all your focus, and that can take a long time, you're really missing out on the in class portion that needs as much time to be really designed well.
