Sicophant or Psychophant?

Psychophant is a kenism. I don't want to say sick in a show about the placebo effect. Both are correct. Webster's prefers sick of phant. Sicophant also, psychophant also either with phant. But I picked the least Webster's approved solution on every axis. It's an old code, but it checks out. So I guess the question is whether you want sick to be in an accidently or psycho to be inan accident.
