Annotation, Labels, and Tags in Machine Learning
Is there a difference between annotations, labels, and tags? Are they used in different contexts? I think annotation and labeling are kind of very synonymous. We're working on images, videos, text files, audio files already, LIDAR 3D point cloud files. Image is still pretty prevalent, because this is where we started. But in this space, there's so much data that is used to build machine learning.
