Matt: I try to combine both fun and efficient training. The way I set up this planet, you get most of your playing and analyzing in on the workdays Monday through Friday,. Then you have the kind of weekend stuff where you can dig into books or do other sort of training. So it's kind of, it goes in four weeks, four week chunks for the most part. Matt: Would you recommend that an amount of time to them to someone need to try it for like a full 12 week block? Or can they do like a four week block and kind of evaluate from there? What are your thoughts there?
