The Legend Behind Frankenstein
There's a this story behind the the conception of this novel. The summer became known as the year without a summer, because there was no sunlight that would get through. And during this summer, mary shelley and her half sister clare were hanging out with lord byron at lake geneva. It was supposed to be a sort of idyllic setting, but it was awful. Gutan: There might not be a month of the woman's life that is not accounted for before the age of 30.
