Do I Need to Push the Pressures to Get a Vasopressor Drip?

There is a number of minutes in which a re-sus ready ED should be able to get a vasopressor drip up. I'm going to say it's eight minutes and that has just as much validity as all the other regulatory crap were held to when hospital evaluators come. Some have commented that you never need to push those pressures but we'll get back to this case at the end of this podcast.
