Is There Value for Money in EVs?

Uptime is a critical way of assessing whether there's value for money. The number one thing that you, as any state level government can do is to fix the new buildings that are being built. What kind of policies do you think would be effective? I assume beyond tax credits or maybe that is a great policy for these kind of companies.
