The Silver Rule

In the tradition, we call this the golden rule because this is really the heart of Jesus' teaching. St. Paul will expand on this as well in his letter to the Romans when he says, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. And any other commandment are summed up in this word, you shall love your neighbor as yourself,. Love does no wrong to a neighbor. It's a beautiful exposition.
