The Root of Jealousy

The root of jealousy can be from insecurity, but i think it can also be someone triggering that insecurity. An anxious and bivolent person will deal with insecurity by searching for security in their relationship. Jealousy is a very valid emotion to feel - all emotions are valid. And if you're consistently feeling really jealous, there's something to that. There may be a reason why. It doesn't mean that anything's wrong with you. You just need to turn inward,. or turn into the relationship, and see what is making you feel jealous. The difference in attachment styles plays into this sing to everything. So avoidant person's sense of trust is basically linked to the underlying theme
