John Roberts, Chief Justice - Is He a Disaster?

John roberts has dedicated his entire chief justice tenure basically to one thing and one thing alone. He doesn't seem to have a ton of strong convictions, honestly, as far as i can tell. The court's approval ratings s is extraordinarily low. And he just chooses not to most of the time because he has ulterior motives.
