But if you're doing Olympic distance or sprint distance, I think you definitely still want to be doing a reasonable degree of the long intervals close to your close toYour race. That's for sure. And then it goes back into why it does make sense to start with shorter repeat, you know, sit and short intervals and then move into your longer intervals as the, as you get closer to racing for most endurance athletes.
