changing personality is really hard. We're probably better off trying to find ways to mit our personality, rather than try to change it. If there's something yudon't like about yourself or about your partner, i think creating an environment where that's not going to be as big a problem is a more productive avenue than trying to changed it. There are definitely times where i feel like i'm forcing myself to be an extra vert. At a dinner party, when i feel e the ball's going to drop and no one's going to ikea blab of bat, you know. It's interesting, if a child is shy, we have so much ampathy for the child
