Libbit Experiment

Benjamin libbit is a British philosopher and author. He's known for his work on the theory of free will. In an experiment, he asked subjects to flex their wrist whenever they wanted. The average time it took them to notice was 200 mill seconds before muscle started moving. If you can't prove that people have free will in this way, i want to draw some conclusions about what happens when we are not aware of our urges or intentions.
