I think comedy, especially around that time, is like very rigid for someone like me. I could play whoever I wanted on stage. And if you're coming out in TV, like for Asian dudes, it was like, you want to be a plucky assistant or like a self-aware plucky assistant. There's not that much good comedy. It's a hundred percent. Like it's like stacked against you.
