Is Hunting Sharks a Non Sequiter?

In good faith, conversations do have more than one point. The questionis, what? What? Are they just bringing up something that's related? Or are they using it as, in some way, a counter or yntake it away? In the right context, th all these things, in the rightcontext, are just te they're irrelevant,. Other non sequenters te their what about is a relative privation, or just not relevant to the question. But if the because isn't there, if it's just a this and this, you know, i do, that doesn't necessarily make it a logical fallacy.
