How to Be a Successful Salesperson

When I started in sales, I was the wide-eyed college kid at the career fair. And so that's sort of what got me into sales and what continues to drive me as cliche as it sounds is really solving problems for organizations. So when you start to move away from being attached to a specific deal and more on I need to solve this business problem, I need to help this organization, that's the kind of thing that drives me. Tried to apply that in my previous jobs too, but I think the one where I am now has really been shined on that piece of it.
