The Supreme Court's Opinion on Marijuana

Marijuana is a commodity in the united states and it is bought and sold even though illegally i know so it could have been the commerce of a black market exactly that was the reasoning on this yes. Then scalia joined the majority opinion wrote his own opinion and he too scalia uh oh man and to be honest with you i love scalia  based on kind of some inside baseball i picked up in law school.
