i would go to a place where you get the most opportunity and where you get your hands dirty. i think that whenever you're in a smaller organization, like sh for example, there's my son, myself and two other people, right? So everybody's doing everything. They're writing, they're cutting, they're producing. And so you are required to be scrappy, be a creative, to be strategic,. To jump in and do everything that you can. If you can work for somebody that you admire, or someone who is going to give you opportunities or let you do a lot of different things, i think that's weigh better than working for a big prestiges place
