Is the Left Hemispheric Seeing Time as Impossible?

The last theme that i want to go into in a little bit of detail is time. Is that the left hemisphere sees time as, in a sense, impossible. And there is a kind of mental condition, another interesting, strange one, called a palpalinopsia. People start to not think time is happening any more and they start to sort of see things is like a sequence of static images. This reminds me a lot of zeno's paradoxes, particularly the paradox of the arrow.
