Damesia appears to have been a bit of a philosopher in her own right and then lastly to content myself with a spare diet and to fly all such excess as is incidental to great wealth. imagine a woman of Damesia's means telling Marcus to content himself with a spare food when he certainly wouldn't have had it. In regards to excesses like fancy clothes material possessions and the like fly them or flee them you don't need them they are nothing's dead weight today I would like you to reflect on a few things discussed in this meditation take your time, think about what we've just talked about but also remember that no man or woman knowingly does evil they only mistake evil things
