How to Be a Better Risk Manager
When you were a risk manager, how many traders were you actually looking over and monitoring? In total, probably about 120. The rules were never the same because everyone had different stops. Certain traders were used to give big stops because we knew if they even got some near their stock, there was a good chance of them making their money back.
