Sen. Ted Cruz Is Going to Ted Cruz
John Cornyn, the senior senator from Texas noted that the Supreme Court of the United States overruled Dred Scott. He also referred to Lochner versus New York which was decided in 1905 as a quote unquote New Deal case. So either the staffers need to get better or the senator needs to go back for con law but a lot of mistakes here.
