We tend to gravitate to things that we are good at so that we can achieve in them. And then if I'm going to start playing tennis, I have to be really, really good at tennis. If I want to meditate, I've really got to be good at meditating. So much of what was interesting to me previous, but I didn't think I'd be very good at, you know, I let it fall by the wayside. Right. The elation that comes from achievement can last anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds,. But the next day, it's not just setting the next goal, the goal’s got to be a little bit bigger
