How to Use Chatbots to Change Your Business

When chat GPT came out and everybody went nuts? I love it too. But what did you do to like evaluate your product strategy to say, Hey, should we be utilizing this? Should we look if it's a flash in a pan? Like, what was your thought process understanding it, trying to figure out how to apply it? It's a great question. And I'd say we're still very much in the midst of this. Everybody's going to be in the middle of it this year. But I think that the product managers who are taking it seriously are going to be really glad that they did a year from now.
