How to List Your Place on a Short Term Rental Site
The most profitable places to run short term rentals these days are places like Akron, Ohio. Do you provide parking? Is it a shared space or the full space? Did they have access to a washer and dryer? Do they have Wi-Fi? So once you stick all of those bullet points, all of those, you know, boxes that you're checking, that's each time you can kind of like increase your nightly day. It doesn't cost anything to list on most short term rental sites. There isn't a fee to just list your place. If no one ever stays, no one never stays at least you know.
