The Revolt of the Elits

For lash, democracy meant not so much majority rule as it meant a society that enabled all to fully participate. His mass men were those of any socio economic level who refused to acknowledge, seek and demand excellence,. instead exulting mediocrity. Such mass men were, in his eyes, increasingly coming to dominate the upper reaches of society.
