Same thing with sugary snacks which you know refined sugar while it can be a good fuel for exercise if you're out hiking running climbing. So these shouldn't be a regular part of your diet scheme. But again a donut once in awhile a adult beverage once in a while a sugary snackonce in a while not a problem in my opinion.
