How Does Free Cash Flow Yield Generate a Return?

How does free cash flow yield generate a return? So how it generates a return is I've talked about that with companies that do not need to spend to grow. What I would like to find is a company that doesn't have to change anything and then it can go from a dollar to a dollar 10. That's what I need. Even if it may just destroy 80% of the value, still better than a company that has to retain it all just to grow.
