i went on a mad hunt for 12 years to try and find the hard scientific data to test this crazy, psycho psychodelic hypothesis once and for all. And it took me back at least 12 thousand years. What's fascinating about this, amongst other things, is that it's just not supposed to be there. We need more details, but you know, we can say that beer goes back at least 10,000 years.
