The Difference Between Anxiety and Stress?

Anxiety is a feeling of contraction and closed downness. The more we let go or not get caught up in anxiety, the more expanded we feel. It's evoking a what i know about floe. And it seems like anxiety is sort of like yet very antithetical to selfless, effortless performance. So at any dose,  anxiety, essentially,At any dose, is no beno. But there are some physiologic stressers that are truly adaptive. We could actually be adapted as well into having a fear response. That just takes energy and turns it taxic; so this bad stuff comes in here where you can't believe I'm such a bad person
