"The first is one that most of you as college students right now are having a kind of intimate exposure to." It's not incredibly powerful in the country as a whole, but it is incredibly powerful in what we think of as our elite institutions and news outlets. The second picture combines high-minded humanitarian ambition with a strident thirst for justice.
