Coach's Job Isn't to Dilute Change

Coaching is not about dictatorial, authoritative style of coaching. A coach's job isn't to dictate change in someone but motivate them to want to make consistent change. Parents need to ask themselves if their children are happy or miserable then it doesn't count as a success. Ando: "Just because your chid wins a golf tornament gets an a, is that truly success?"
