The Importance of Listening to Everyone

When he returned to his corporate job in New Zealand after an island experience, it wasn't the same. He noticed that everyone who worked in there was also not the same as these other people at Vodafone. After about a week, he was like, what if I got this wrong? What if I shouldn't have a job? And so he started looking and Googled 'what is an entrepreneur?' His father had never even looked at the definition of Entrepreneurship.
