Be a Proactive Communicator and Bless Your Employer

In the age of remote work, a proactive communicator is a blessing to their employer. When you need a break, don't sneak away. Just give them heads up. If you mess up, i something happens, just communicate it as soon as possible. Nobody's can care if you do that. You're not like worried if they message you in your panic, trying to tex them back. They know you're gone and you'r gong to be right back. And so help them. Be a blessing to them. Best way to do that, communicate. Talk.
