How Do You Really Make a Difference?

I think i've got great colleagues. That's what makes the difference. We're solving problems that excite me. Myself, within that organization, om making a real society difference. And hence the very proud and privileged moment when i was told i was being nighted. Ithink that's a true recognition of the role t a we have played for a number of years. And i feel very proud about that. The government has a pretty good understanding of our business. It certainly feels, having bailed out some of those during the crisis, that it has to say in what happens.
