Is There a Spin Off?

The market would place a higher value on the two if separated. I just have the issue though, is that you have a lot of debt at ve or. So i don't know about spinning anything off of it without taking the debt and putting it on that. They say, a t an t did a spin off of something, may they spun off warner right into discovery, and they didn't put any debt on it, and they gave it some cash. How would a t n t bondholders feel about that, giving how much debt eigh t an t has? Um, so that's the only issue that i would see that.
