Death and Death's Inevitability
The boy started he just had one question to ask of death. Death watched the boy awkwardly dance around the topic before shaking his head. The kid didn't even know what that meant. He hugged death, who winced as he squeezed death's still broken ribs and said once again that the kid really wasn't getting it. This wasn't immortality, but it was kind of the next best thing.
