From the outside, if you're looking at them and you're following them on social media or whatever, you might look and just see them seemingly being fine. And that's probably pretty excruciating for you if you are more anxious because again, as I said at the start, you are interpreting what you are seeing through the lens of what it would mean if you were doing that. But that is just such a projection coming from a very different starting point and a very different experience and emotional landscape and way of coping with things.
